How do I get started?

What we have tried to do is to make it as easy as possible to get started on the Lipotrim programme. There is no appointment system. Also, to accommodate customers who work normal office hours, we are open from 8.00am Monday - Friday.

From experience we have found that the written explanation on the website and an initial chat when you come into the shop is sufficient. (However, you can watch a Video/DVD before starting the programme. It contains useful information and explains in detail the principle factors of the diet. You can call into the chemist at any time and ask for the DVD or Video. There is a £5 deposit which we will refund when you bring it back.)

We will then ask you to fill in a simple medical questionnaire to ensure the programme is safe for you and then we can supply the sachets with advice and support. We will answer any questions you might have at this stage. You will be given extra information regarding the diet for you to take home and keep.

You will need to return to the pharmacy for your weekly supply and to be weighed. No appointment is necessary and there should always be a member of staff available to see you.
