Motivation/Goals


  • It is essential to set yourself goals to keep yourself motivated, not just for now but for your long term success.
  • We strongly recommend you have an end goal in sight (lose 3 stone, fit in a special suit or dress) and that you reward yourself when you get there. From our experience, people who set a goal are more committed and also manage to keep weight off afterwards.
  • Keep your weight loss targets real!
  • Without serious commitment to the programme you are unlikely to succeed. We are hear to offer advice and support but if you do not follow the programme strictly and attend the pharmacy each week, you are unlikely to succeed.
  • Do not use other weighing scales! All scales can vary, stick to one set only.
  • We will supply you with a graph so that you can record your weight each week. This should help motivate you as you see your graph continue to fall.
